Is Peak Fitness 24 Hailsham open 24 hours a day?
Yes. Members can access the gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, subject to maintenance closures or emergencies.

How do I gain access to the gym?
Access is provided through our secure access control system using your registered membership credentials.

Can I bring a friend or guest?
Guests are only permitted where authorised by management and must follow the relevant guest procedures. Members must not allow unauthorised persons to enter the facility, or anyone under the age of 18.

What happens if I forget my access credentials?
Please contact Peak Fitness 24 Hailsham during staffed hours for assistance.

Is the gym monitored when no staff are present?
Yes. The gym is protected by 24-hour CCTV coverage and monitored safety systems.

What should I do if I need emergency assistance?
Use the nearest wall-mounted emergency help point, which connects directly to our monitoring station.

What are the personal safety pendants for?
Personal safety pendants are provided for authorised personnel and can be used to contact the monitoring station in an emergency.

Is there a defibrillator on site?
Yes. A fully automatic AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is available within the gym and clearly signposted.
