Hyrox
Our HYROX training class is a high-intensity, functional fitness session designed to prepare participants for the HYROX race format. It combines endurance and strength through a structured mix of running intervals and workout stations such as sled pushes, rowing, lunges, and wall balls.
Metcon / HIIT
Our Metcon / HIIT class is a fast-paced, high-intensity workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance in a short amount of time. “Metcon” (metabolic conditioning) focuses on sustained effort, while HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training.)
Strength Foundations
Our Strength Foundations class is a beginner-friendly session focused on teaching the fundamental principles of resistance training. It emphasizes proper technique, controlled movement, and safe use of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises. Participants learn key lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, with guidance on posture, breathing, and progression.
Kettlebells
Our kettlebell lesson is a structured training session focused on mastering the technique and control of kettlebell movements. It typically covers foundational exercises such as swings, goblet squats, presses, and Turkish get-ups, with an emphasis on proper form, breathing, and timing. Led by a coach, the lesson helps participants build strength, coordination, and endurance.
Mobility Flow / Yoga
Our Mobility Flow / Yoga lesson is a dynamic, movement-based session designed to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall body awareness. The class blends elements of yoga with functional mobility exercises, guiding participants through a continuous sequence of controlled stretches and flowing transitions. Emphasis is placed on breath coordination, mindful movement, and releasing tension, helping to enhance posture, prevent injury, and support everyday movement.
